1. Order Processing Time

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Orders: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: For items that require personalization or are made to order, please allow an additional 21 business days for production before shipment.
  • Peak Seasons/Promotions: During major sales events, national holidays (e.g., Eid, National Day), or other peak periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

2.1. Domestic Shipping (within the UAE)

We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure swift delivery across all Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery: Expected delivery within 2-4 business days after dispatch for most major cities.
  • Express Delivery: For urgent orders, select this option for delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch to major cities.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote areas within the UAE might take an additional 1-2 days. You will be notified if your address falls into a remote delivery zone.
  • Local Pickup: Orders can be picked up directly from our POS at Gift Market – Khayma Bahr Gift – Haidy Style POS 92 – Al Ain UAE during our business hours after you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification.

2.2. International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries. Please note that international delivery times are estimates and do not include potential delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

  • Standard International Shipping: Typically 7-20 business days after dispatch.
  • Express International Shipping: Generally 3-7 business days after dispatch for faster delivery.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes: For international orders, we generally do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method.

  • Calculation: The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on domestic or international orders exceeding a specified value. Any such promotions will be prominently advertised on our website.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (for International Orders)

For international shipments, it is crucial to understand the following:

  • Recipient’s Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country’s customs office are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping costs.
  • De Minimis Threshold: Please be aware that the de minimis threshold for customs duties in Dubai is AED 300. For Abu Dhabi, it remains AED 1000. Shipments exceeding these values may be subject to duties. Other countries will have their own varying thresholds.
  • Prior to Ordering: We strongly advise international customers to contact their local customs office for detailed information on applicable duties, taxes, and import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
  • Refusal to Pay: If a recipient refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred. A refund for the product may be issued, minus these associated costs, upon our receipt of the returned item.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your unique tracking number.
  • A direct link to track your package’s progress with the selected courier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

6. Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including building name/number, street, area, and Emirate/country. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Changes: If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at WhatsApp (UAE)/Haidy@haidystyle.com/+971503343515. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Failed Deliveries

  • Attempts: For domestic deliveries, our couriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. For international shipments, this varies by carrier and country. Couriers will often attempt to contact you by phone or SMS during delivery attempts.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept the package/pay customs duties, it will be returned to our facility.
  • Re-shipping: In cases where a package is returned to us due to an issue on the customer’s end, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any additional re-shipping fees. If a refund is requested, it will be issued minus all incurred shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we ensure all products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Haidy@haidystyle.com or WhatsApp (UAE). Please retain all original packaging. We will investigate the issue with the courier and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that such investigations can take 5-10 business days or more. We will keep you informed of the progress and provide a resolution once the investigation is complete.

9. Prohibited Items

Please be aware that certain items may be prohibited or restricted for import into specific countries or may not be shippable by our chosen carriers. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local customs regulations regarding prohibited items before placing an international order. We are not liable for orders confiscated by customs due to prohibited content.
