At Haidy Shoukry General Trading, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and sets out the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.
- Categories & Specific Conditions
Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to the following category-specific rules:
Woman Accessories Allowed
Must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging attached.
Cosmetics & Perfumes Restricted
Due to hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable once opened or unsealed unless defective.
Toys Allowed
Must be in original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
Electronics Allowed
Must be in original, unopened, and pristine condition. - Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order (e.g., wrong size/color), you have the right to a full remedy under UAE law.
Reporting: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt for damaged goods, or 7 days for defective electronics.
Proof: You must provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Remedy: We will offer a repair, replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of defective items. - “Change of Mind” Returns
If you wish to return an item that is not defective (where permitted by the table above):
Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened, and re-sellable condition.Process: Please contact our support team to initiate the return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. - Important Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for the following under any circumstances (unless the item is defective upon arrival):
Cosmetics & Perfumes: If the protective seal, cellophane wrapping, or outer packaging has been broken or removed.
Electronics: If the manufacturer’s seal is broken or if the device has been activated/registered.
Accessories: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components. - Refund ProcessingInspection: All returned items undergo a quality check. Items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
