Return Period:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligible Items:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Custom-made or personalized items
Final sale items
Return Process:
Initiate your return:
Log in to your account and visit the “Order History” section.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click the “Return Item” button for each item you want to return.
Fill out the return form and submit it.
Prepare your return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
Print the return label provided on the return form and affix it to the package.
Drop off the package at the nearest designated courier location.
Return processing:
We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving it.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or that we believe is fraudulent.
